New Year’s Eve (Pickup is from 4-6pm on 12/31)
Enjoy all of our New Year’s Eve options. We are offering three categories to choose from. We have our hot and ready to eat at home Tasting Menu. The Second option is our “Snacks menu, which consists of three ready to eat platters. There is a shellfish plateau, caviar service and foie gras. The last section is our complete meal kit, everything is ready for your oven and is enjoyed family style. We have also sourced true Perigord Black Truffles,and we will be giving you the pleasure of adding fresh truffles to any dish or menu. This add-on will be offered in 2oz servings of shaved Perigord Truffles in air tight jars.
All meals are to be picked up between 4 and 6pm on December 31st.

Tuna Ceviche with black tomatillo and citrus
Slow Roasted Turnip with whipped white anchovy and garlic
Poached Salmon with beets beluga lentils and mustard
Braised Beef Cheeks with cabbage, grits and gravy
Dark Chocolate Tort with mandarin and sea salt
All platters are plated and ready to indulge, options offered for parties of 2-3 or 4-5ppl
Chilled Shellfish Plateau: raw oysters, poached lobster, shrimp and scallops served with mignonette and remoulade
Russian Caviar Service with three varieties of caviar and traditional accouterments
Hudson Valley Foie Gras Terrine with sweet and savory preserves and our brioche
