Mica University: Braising 101

Join me for a 2 hour zoom demonstration as I introduce you to the skill of braising. The course will focus on braised chicken and beef short ribs. Nothing is required to attend this demonstration, but attendees will receive course materials, recipes and shopping lists for students to expand on the skill of braising in their own home. All participants will walk away with tips and tricks on braising and have an opportunity to ask Chef Yianni questions throughout the process. Our goal is for each participant to walk away with confidence in braising that can be applied on many of your favorite dishes at home.
